Managed the engineering staff that delivered the first commercial release of the service and the customer service staff that supported major corporate clients.

Vice President Integrated Systems for two major advertising agencies. Managed the global team that deployed an integrated operations environment used to reduce costs by $5 million per year and improve client deliverables through improved scheduling discipline. Managed the team that in four years moved a large promotions agency from no creative and production systems to 100% digital creative and production. During this time PeopleSoft was installed as the enterprise management system while the agency tripled to $100 million in revenues.

President and Founder of consulting firm focused on corporate use of desktop computers. Began management of the sales, installation and operation of desktop computers in 1978. Consulting firm reached 15 consultants.
